I'm currently working a little too much. I'd benefit from nudges to go slower, exercise, meditate, spend time on non-work projects, and invest in friends.
My mental health has been pretty good. I'm currently traveling, so I'm a little more anxious than usual, but I'm not near a critical failure.
As a reminder, these status notes are quite short. There's a decent chance the problem is already solved, but I still want to be nudged in this way.
